{¶ 1} On April 11, 2011, plaintiff filed a complaint and on April 14, 2011, plaintiff filed a corrected complaint alleging that his vehicle was impounded as a result of erroneous information contained in defendant's, Bureau of Motor Vehicles ("BMV"), data base.
