OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Elaine Grayson appeals from a judgment of the Greene County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, which granted summary judgment to Richard and Martha Marsh in Elaine's will contest action.1 For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed in part and reversed in part, and the case remanded for further proceedings.
