FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} On June 20, 2010, plaintiff, Odraye El-Amin (AKA Jones), an inmate incarcerated at defendant's Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP), was transferred from OSP to an outside medical facility for treatment.
