{¶1} The state of Ohio, through its Attorney General, appeals from a judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas which granted summary judgment in favor of Levio Baldarelli. The dispute arose after Mr. Baldarelli, a paving contractor by trade, and his brother removed three residential structures on church-owned property as a favor to a cousin who was a member of the church.
