{¶ 1} After the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court overruled his motion to dismiss his indictment on double jeopardy grounds, Anthony L. Dixon pled no contest to aggravated possession of drugs, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), a fifth degree felony. As part of the plea, the State dismissed a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
