RINGLAND, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Patrick Aselage, appeals his conviction in the Lebanon Municipal Court for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs ("OVI"). We dismiss the appeal for lack of a final, appealable order.1
