{¶ 1} On December 20, 2010, Defendant-Appellant, Andrew Stutz, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of burglary (a third degree felony) and receiving stolen property (a fourth degree felony). Appellant was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty, however, he subsequently changed his plea to guilty.
