{¶1} Plaintiff, Kaleigh Pisani, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending her 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse was damaged as a proximate result of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous condition on the ramp from I-76 west to Interstate 77 south.
