{¶1} Plaintiff, William Donohue, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), asserting that his 2007 Volkswagon Jetta was damaged as a proximate cause of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous roadway condition on Interstate 475 in Toledo, Ohio.
