{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Corey Plunkett, filed December 30, 2010. On August 11, 2010, Plunkett and Joshua Penny were each indicted on one count of receiving stolen property, in violation of R.C. 2913.51(A), a felony of the fifth degree.
