{¶1} Appellant, Moe's Stop One, Inc. ("appellant"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, affirming appellee Ohio State Liquor Control Commission's ("the Commission") August 10, 2010, order denying appellant's 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 renewal applications for class C-2-2X1 liquor permits. For the following reasons, we affirm.
