{¶1} Relator, The K&D Group, Inc., commenced this original action in mandamus seeking an order compelling respondent, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC"), to vacate its final order that transferred to relator a portion of the experience rating of Mid-America Management Corp.
