{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Thomas Ricks, appeals the May 4, 2010 judgment entry of the Erie County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial convicting him of aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, complicity to trafficking in marijuana, and complicity to trafficking in cocaine, sentenced appellant to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole plus twenty-six years.
