Kelley, defendant below and appellant herein, was found guilty of (1) complicity to burglary in violation of R.C. 2923.03(A)(2)/2911.12(A)(2), and (2) complicity to theft in violation of R.C. 2923.03(A)(2)/2913.02(A)(1).
