{¶ 1} This matter is submitted to this court on the record and the briefs of the parties. Appellant, Stefaun D. Wright, appeals the judgment entered by the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The trial court sentenced Wright to an aggregate prison term of six years for his convictions for aggravated burglary, robbery, theft, and aggravated menacing.
