{¶ 1} Kenny Carpenter brought suit against Fred Johnson in the Miamisburg Municipal Court, Small Claims Division, seeking $2,500 for "[t]he unlawful conversion of Plaintiff's Remington Model 1100 Sporting Rifle equipped with a Cantalever Deer Barrel and Charles Daley Scope."
