{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the pro se Notice of Appeal of Carol Stoner, filed March 4, 2011. On December 9, 2009, OneWest Bank filed a Complaint for Foreclosure against Stoner, alleging that she defaulted on a loan secured by a mortgage on her home at 88 High Street in Clifton, Ohio.
