{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Mae Hunter appeals from her conviction and sentence, following a jury trial, for Felonious Assault. She contends that her trial counsel was constitutionally ineffective for having failed to argue, or seek an instruction on, self-defense in her Felonious Assault trial.
