{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Kathleen Turner ("appellant"), appeals from the summary judgment granted by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendant-appellee, Shahed Enterprises ("appellee"). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
