{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a Lawrence County Common Pleas Court judgment of conviction and sentence. Diana L. Waddell, defendant below and appellant herein, pled guilty to complicity to aggravated drug trafficking in violation of R.C. 2923.03(A) (2) & R.C. 2925.03(A)(1)(C)(1)(c).
