{¶1} On September 15, 2010, at approximately 7:45 a.m., plaintiff, Tamara Rohrer, was traveling west on Interstate 70 "just before exit #80 (in the far left lane) when the black donut-shaped base of a construction barrel" was struck by the truck traveling in front of plaintiff causing the object to come "flying through the air, landing on the hood of my car."
