{¶1} Defendant-appellant Waleed Mansour, M.D., appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court granting judgment to plaintiff-appellee Austintown Ambulatory Emergency Room, et al. Appellant argues that the court abused its discretion in denying his request for a continuance of the trial. Appellant also argues that the damage award was not supported by the evidence at trial.
