{¶1} Defendants-Appellants, Hope Cancer Center of Northwest Ohio, Inc., et al. ("HCC"), appeals the judgment of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas finding that the covenant not to compete in HCC's employment agreement with Plaintiff-Appellee, Osei-Tutu Owusu, M.D. ("Dr. Owusu" or "Employee") was unreasonable and unenforceable.
