{¶1} Defendant-Appellant Barry Thomas appeals the judgment of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, convicting him of one count of felonious assault, a violation of R.C. 2903.11, a felony of the second degree. The State of Ohio is Plaintiff-Appellee.
