{¶1} Defendants-appellants Roy W. Dahlin, Jr. and Suellen Dahlin appeal a summary judgment of the Municipal Court of Mount Vernon, Knox County, Ohio, entered in favor of plaintiff-appellee Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC on its complaint for money due and owing on a credit card account, in the amount of $8,992.27 plus interest at 4% per annum.
