TYACK, J.

{¶1} Michael L. Head ("Head") is appealing from his convictions for aggravated robbery, robbery and felonious assault. He assigns two errors for our consideration:

I. THE TRIAL COURT ERRED IN OVERRULING THE DEFENDANT'S RULE 29 MOTION AS THERE WAS NOT SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO CONVICT THE DEFENDANT. II. THE TRIAL COURT VIOLATED MICHAEL L[.] HEAD'S RIGHTS TO DUE PROCESS AND A FAIR TRIAL WHEN IT ENTERED JUDGMENT...
