{¶1} Third-Party Plaintiff-Appellant, Christina Simmons, appeals the June 30, 2010 judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas adopting a magistrate's decision to enter judgment in favor of Third-Party Defendant-Appellee, Tri-Sun Management Company.
