ROGERS, P.J.

{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Christopher Luke ("Christopher" or "Father"), appeals from the judgment of the Marysville Municipal Court sentencing him to a one hundred eighty day jail term and ordering him to pay a $300.00 fine. On appeal, Christopher contends that the trial court's decision was against the manifest weight of the evidence because it did not consider Christopher's affirmative defense of parental discipline...
