{¶1} Around noon on a fall day, Tonya Myers walked out of her bathroom and found a strange man in her living room admiring her flat-screen television. The man, Tyrone Shelly, fled, was caught by police, and, following a bench trial, was convicted of burglary. He has appealed and assigned four errors.
