{¶ 1} Brett Salkin ("Salkin") appeals the decision of the trial court finding him in contempt of court and ordering him to comply with a November 24, 2008 subpoena issued by the Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("BWC"). Salkin argues the trial court erred in ordering him to comply with the subpoena because it was not validly issued, that the Fifth Amendment's protections against self-incrimination...
