{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Nicholas A. Calloway, appeals the August 11, 2010 judgment of the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas, denying his motion to withdraw his guilty plea, convicting him of five counts of burglary and sentencing him accordingly.
