{¶} Defendant-appellant, Keith Moore ("Keith"), appeals the trial court's judgment granting plaintiff-appellee, Teresa Moore's ("Teresa"), motions for relief from judgment, for attorney fees, and for application of escrow funds. We find no merit to the appeal and affirm.
