{¶1} On December 8, 2006, appellant, William Bickham, and appellee, Kathy Bickham, entered into an agreed judgment entry decree of divorce, resolving all issues related to their minor child and the termination of their marriage. Pursuant to the agreement, appellant was to pay appellee spousal support in the amount of $1,750.00 per month, to terminate upon the death of either party, appellee's remarriage or cohabitation...
