{¶ 1} Appellant, Andre Dewon Thomas, Sr., appeals from a dismissal of a motion for postconviction relief, which was entered by the Erie County Court of Common Pleas on September 15, 2010. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
