{¶1} S.S., an adjudicated delinquent child, appeals the judgment of the Vinton County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division. The juvenile court adjudicated S.S. to be delinquent for committing two counts of gross sexual imposition. On appeal, S.S. contends that the state failed to prove the jurisdictional element of age. As a result, S.S. argues that the juvenile court should have dismissed the case...
