{¶ 1} This matter is before the court on relators' petition for a writ of prohibition. After issuing an alternate writ, and receiving respondent's motion to dismiss, we now dismiss relators' petition pursuant to Civ. R. 12(B)(6), for failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
