{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, DCWI Office North, L.L.C., appeals from a judgment affirming the Montgomery County Board of Revision's decision to leave the county auditor's valuation of real property unchanged for tax purposes. DCWI contends that the trial court erred in failing to find that the auditor breached its duties under R.C. Chapter 5713.
