{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Robert C. Walker appeals from the trial court order that denied his presentence motion to withdraw his guilty pleas in CR-529861 to five counts, viz., kidnapping, three counts of rape with sexually violent predator specifications ("SVPs"), and attempted sexual battery.1
