{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Danette Cornelius, filed this action against defendant, Department of Transportation (ODOT), contending she suffered property damage as a proximate result of negligence on the part of ODOT in maintaining a hazardous condition on Interstate 71 northbound "between marker 4 and 5 in the center lane."
