FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} Plaintiff, Stanley Huddleson, an inmate formerly incarcerated at defendant, Lebanon Correctional Institution (LeCI), alleged most of his personal property was stolen from his cell housing unit on August 25, 2010, at a time when he was away from the unit.
