OPINION

PIPER, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Nathanial Blacker, appeals his conviction in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas for single counts of felonious assault and having a weapon while under detention. We affirm the decision of the trial court in part and dismiss part of the appeal.1
