DECISION AND JUDGMENT

YARBROUGH, J.

{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas following a bench trial finding appellant Louis Evangelista guilty of possession of cocaine in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A) and (C)(4)(a), a felony of the fifth degree. We affirm.
