JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

EILEEN A. GALLAGHER, J.

{¶ 1} The state of Ohio appeals from the decision of the trial court, granting Christopher Hamilton's motion to suppress. The state argues that the arresting officer acted within the bounds of the law when searching Hamilton's vehicle and, therefore, the trial court erred when granting the motion to suppress. Finding no merit to this appeal, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
