{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Deon Bulger ("Bulger"), appeals his conviction for having a weapon while under disability. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} In March 2009, Bulger was indicted on one count of drug possession, two counts of drug trafficking, and one count of possession of criminal tools. He pled guilty to one count of drug trafficking...
