DECISION

TYACK, J.

{¶1} Willis Spencer ("Spencer") is appealing from his conviction on a charge of unlawful possession of a dangerous ordnance, in violation of R.C. 2923.17. He assigns two errors for our consideration:

[I.] Appellant was deprived of the fair trial guaranteed by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 10, Article I of the Ohio Constitution by the prosecution...
