FRENCH, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Shane D. Mitchell ("appellant"), appeals the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which convicted him of aggravated murder with a firearm specification, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification, having a weapon while under disability, and tampering with evidence. For the following reasons, we affirm.
