{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Michael S. Smith, appeals his sentence for 12 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. In 2004, a Franklin County jury found him guilty of these offenses, and the trial court sentenced him to an aggregate prison term of 16 years and classified him as a sexual predator under the then applicable provisions of R.C.
