{¶ 1} Appellant, Paul J. Hummer, appeals the December 2, 2010 judgment entry of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, which, among other rulings, denied his motion to set aside and vacate order appointing receiver.
