{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Gregory Althammer (Father), appeals from the decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, designating defendant-appellee, Elizabeth Pottorf (Mother), residential parent and legal custodian of Riley Gene Pottorf (Daughter), the parties' minor child. Father also appeals from the trial court's decision to sua sponte modify their previously agreed upon parenting time...
