{¶1} Tracy Cottrell appeals from a judgment of the Ashtabula County Court of Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division, which terminated her parental rights and granted permanent custody of her daughter, C.C., to Ashtabula County Children Services Board ("ACCSB").
